Jayco’s motorized and towable brands earned RVDA 2025 Quality Circle Awards. Jayco brands include Entegra Coach, Heartland, Jayco and Open Range.
Jayco President and CEO Ken Walters said the company has focused on pre-delivery inspection, enhanced manufacturing processes and improved all areas of its repair event cycle times.
“We continue to raise the bar in all areas of quality,” he said. “We are careful to not get complacent and are continually measuring our performance and making improvements all along the way.”
RVDA received responses from 495 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada, totaling 2,324 brand ratings—an average of 4.7 per dealer. The recognized brands/manufacturers received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a five-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the association’s survey conducted from June through September.
Walters said, “We would once again like to thank our dealer partners for honoring us with the Quality Circle Awards for all of our brands.”
Top-rated manufacturers will be recognized and receive awards Nov. 11 at the RVDA Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas.
