Jayco said roughly 200 people from North American RV dealerships and nearly 100 Jayco personnel attended its MASTERS Dealer training last week.
Jayco Vice President of Sales Nic Martin said the core purpose of MASTERS, which is an acronym for Marketing and Skills Training for Excellence in RV Sales, is to provide Jayco dealers with comprehensive knowledge of the company, its resources and how to sell its RVs.
“This year’s event again featured a large percentage of first-time participants, and that presented an invaluable opportunity to not just show them what we do,” Martin said, “but who we are at Jayco.”
Jayco said attendees participated in training throughout the campus on RVs, marketing resources, customer experience management, materials, processes, tools and more.
The company said the training included motorized and towable RV manufacturing line tours. Regional sales managers and product directors explained the “distinct advantages of Jayco RVs and unique construction differences.”
An online learning management system is available to those who were unable to attend in person. Jayco said approximately 5,500 dealer personnel completed the 2025 online curriculum.
Jayco President and CEO Ken Walters said the online attendees, combined with in-person dealer training, set a new annual attendance record for dealer MASTERS training.
“MASTERS illustrates our continued commitment to our dealers and our focus on retail,” Walters said. “The training is one of a kind in the industry and provides a valuable behind-the-scenes experience that cannot be replicated.”
Jayco has conducted annual in-person dealer training for 42 years.
