JR Products, a leading supplier of RV, marine and automotive replacement parts, is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a commemorative logo to celebrate the company’s past, present and future.
The company, founded by John Roba in 1970, remains a family-owned and operated business. JR Products started by offering just six products in the basement of the Roba family home. Over the course of three decades, and with the addition of more products, the company outgrew its first two buildings. The company built a new facility in 1999 to provide for continued growth, but outgrew this facility as well. A larger 25,000-square-foot building was then occupied and remains its home.
Today, JR Products offers more than 1,000 products. For 50 years, JR Products has existed because of a staff of people who care immensely about what they do. They give more than they expect in return and take personal pride in every order that goes out, company officials said.
“As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, I look back to 1970 when I borrowed $2,000 and worked three jobs, seven days a week, with a hope and prayer that I would be able to support a growing family, let alone survive 50 years. Now into our third generation, I have truly been blessed with the support of an outstanding family who supported me and now carry on the traditions and values that the company was built on. It also would not have been possible without all our customers who believed and supported me, many of whom have become lifelong friends,” Roba said.
