Lazydays acquired Buddy Gregg RVs & Motor Homes, a dealership based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The acquisition is Lazydays’ second in 2023, following the Las Vegas buyout of Findlay RV in February.

Lazydays said the acquisition strengthens the dealership group’s presence in the Knoxville market. The store has been renamed Lazydays RV of Knoxville at Turkey Creek. The company expects the dealership to register $40 million in annual revenue.

“With our rich history in the Tennessee market, Lazydays is well-prepared to cater to the diverse RV needs of this region,” the company said. “By acquiring Buddy Gregg RVs, Lazydays aims to bring even more convenience, choice, and top-tier RV options to its valued customers in Knoxville.”

Lazydays now has four Tennessee locations but soon will be down to three. The company said its Maryville store will be closed because of expansion to the nearby Alcoa Highway.
