Lazydays Holdings Inc. closed on the asset and real estate sales of its Ft. Pierce, Florida, store to General RV.
The acquisition is the second of three stores General RV is buying from Lazydays. The first, the Mesa, Arizona, location, closed May 23.
The companies said they expect the final store purchase, of Lazydays’ Longmont, Colorado, location, to finish in the coming weeks.
General RV CEO and third-generation family owner Loren Baidas said, “We have truly appreciated the work and cooperation demonstrated by the Lazydays team to help us expand our ability to provide premier service to our Fort Pierce customers. When we opened our existing Fort Pierce Supercenter in 2023, we never stopped looking for ways to make it even better for our current and future customers. This acquisition does just that with a large Supercenter facility and easily accessible location on I-95.”
In the past three years, General RV has nearly doubled its store locations nationwide.
Lazydays interim CEO Ron Fleming said the Ft. Pierce closing continues the company’s streamlining while paying off debt.
“We are again pleased with the smooth process,” Fleming said, “and look forward to working with General RV to complete the last remaining divestiture.”
