Lazydays Holdings, Inc. plans to sell three of its store locations to nationwide dealer, General RV Center.
Lazydays signed a letter of intent (LOI) for the divestiture, which includes stores located in Ft. Pierce, Florida; Longmont, Colorado; and Mesa, Arizona. The LOI is nonbinding, with the exception of a 75-day exclusivity period related to the three locations, and the sale is expected to be completed within this timeframe.
Lazydays Interim CEO Ron Fleming said the decision to divest the stores is part of an ongoing strategy to optimize the company’s dealership footprint and maximize shareholder value.
“We expect this transaction to add meaningful cash to our balance sheet, reduce our indebtedness and decrease geographical redundancy in our footprint, while allowing Lazydays to continue our operational improvements among a more focused dealership network,” Fleming said.
General RV CEO Loren Baidas said the company welcomed the opportunity to expand its footprint through the acquisition.
“Entering Arizona and Colorado aligns with our growth strategy, building on the strong performance of our Utah locations and our deep experience in Florida, where we operate seven dealerships,” Baidas said. “This collaboration strengthens our presence and benefits customers in these regions.”
