Lippert Components’ Ranch Hand division has broken ground on a 400,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Seguin, Texas.

The company said the new facility will consolidate two existing manufacturing plants in Shiner and Beeville, Texas. The new facility will roughly double the Ranch Hand’s current manufacturing capacity.

Ranch Hand supplies grill guards and bumpers.

Lippert Automotive Division Senior Vice President of Sales Shane McNallie said the project reflects Ranch Hand’s continued investment in Texas.

“This is a long-anticipated expansion for Ranch Hand, allowing us to drastically increase service levels to our valued customers and significantly improve lead times,” McNallie said. “The improvements to our finishing process are also an exciting enhancement, which will expand Ranch Hand further into the Northern regions with unrivaled corrosion protection.”

Lippert said the new facility will feature a state-of-the-art E-Coat line with a zirconium pre-treatment. The company said the pre-treatment product will significantly increase corrosion resistance.

Groundbreaking started in September. Lippert is targeting a move-in date in the second quarter of 2026.

Seguin Mayor Donna Dodgen said the facility will be a great asset to the city.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ranch Hand and Lippert’s latest expansion to Seguin,” Dodgen said. “This project represents another significant investment in our community’s growing manufacturing base and demonstrates the confidence companies have in Seguin as a place to do business.”

Ranch Hand said product demand increased in the past five years as the brand was featured on TV shows including “Yellowstone” and “Landman.”
