Lippert Components and roadside assistance specialist Coach-Net recently teamed up to train Coach-Net experts on the supplier’s RV components and accessories.

The hands-on training was offered by Coach-Net to its technicians and agents to provide customers 24/7 RV support from RV Technical Institute (RVTI)’s certified technicians.

“Lippert’s ‘Care Center’ is only open until 7 p.m. EST, but when a customer has Coach-Net, they can call for help 24/7,” said Chet Dillenbeck, Lippert’s technical trainer. “That is why it is so important to us to make sure Coach-Net technicians and agents have as much knowledge as possible about Lippert products. It is companies like Coach-Net that help us take care of our customers.”

For the week-long session, Dillenbeck hosted training focused on Lippert product technical aspects and new technologies, including boats and horse trailers. The talk emphasized the importance of third-party call centers, OEMs and updating technicians and agents on new technical developments. Coach-Net technicians and agents learned how a positive work atmosphere aids in delivering proficient service, the company stated.

“Coach-Net has always encouraged a collaborative, warm and state-of-the-art workplace,” the company stated. “This training was another successful step towards their primary goal, which is to fulfill the expectations of RVers and dealerships by offering the most refined technical assistance possible.”

The company has an in-house network of more than 40,000 roadside assistant providers and 15,000 repair and service stations throughout Canada and the U.S.

Coach-Net stated it has access to most manufacturers’ lists of Authorized Service Centers. They offer programs such as extended service agreement, protection against common road hazards, RV rental coverage, paint and fabric protection, tire and wheel, in addition to windshield protection and complete asset protection for RV owners.
