Merger Talks Between Lippert and Patrick Terminated

LCI Industries’ and Patrick Industries’ potential merger discussions have raised questions about market overlap, potential benefits for each company, and the domino effect that could follow.

LCI Industries said Monday the company and Patrick Industries have ended discussions regarding a potential merger of equals. Lippert said the companies were unable to reach mutually agreeable terms.

LCI Industries and Patrick Industries each confirmed discussions April 17 and noted there could be no assurance that any such agreement would be reached.

Lippert will release its first quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens Tuesday.
