Dealership training and development company Bob Clements International is releasing a new book for dealers. Written by Bob Clements and Sara Hey, “You’re the Problem (and the Solution!)” shares habits the authors said they have seen owners and managers use to reclaim their life, their sanity and their dealership.

The book relates real dealership stories along with practical and applicable information on how dealership owners and managers can implement Bob Clements International’s best practices.

In her experience with dealerships, BCI Business Development Vice President and book co-author Sara Hey said some dealers are locked in a “never-ending, all-consuming stream of struggle. Meanwhile, others seemed to enjoy success no matter what happened to them.

“It made me wonder, what separated the thousands of successful dealers we have worked with from the ones that could never get ahead? Our team spent a year, taking an in-depth look at this,” Hey said. “We found there were seven proven habits that all of these dealers exhibited. We knew that we had to find a way to share these with any dealer who was willing to put in the work.”

Clements and Hey are regular workshop presenters at RVDA’s annual convention in Las Vegas and at the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. RVDA President Phil Ingrassia is among those who have praised their new book.

“This book is full of the wisdom and practical guidance that Bob Clements is known for through his popular workshops for dealership owners and managers,” Ingrassia said. “The seven habits that Bob and his co-author Sara Hey have identified will help dealers improve their financial management practices, identify successful growth strategies, and motivate employees. Bob and Sara understand what makes successful dealerships tick… and they’ve shared it all in this book.”

“You’re the Problem (and the Solution!)” is available for pre-order and will be released on Oct. 15.
