Airxcel’s Coleman-Mach brand is unveiling several new RV air conditioner products at the company’s 2025 New Product Showcase.
The New Product Showcase begins today at Airxcel’s Elkhart, Indiana, showroom.
Coleman-Mach released its variable-speed IntelliCool rooftop air conditioner. The new air conditioner is accompanied by a newly designed shroud and a ceiling assembly with 360-degree airflow. Together, Airxcel said the IntelliCool air conditioner system provides consumers with improved comfort and durability.
The IntelliCool air conditioner features 18,000 BTUs of cooling power. Other key features include multi-directional airflow, variable-speed settings, a low-amperage startup and a design that reduces sound and minimizes vibration.
Coleman-Mach President Rob Leach said the 18,000 BTUs of cooling power enable the system to cool the entire RV.
“Our engineering team prioritized not only maximizing cooling capacity but also understanding how RV owners use their living space,” Leach said. “This inspired us to design a system that delivers enhanced airflow throughout the coach rather than just dumping cooled air directly beneath the unit. The result is a solution that is powerful when needed, quiet when it matters and engineered for the next generation of RVers.”
IntelliCool sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
Coleman-Mach is also debuting a low-profile ceiling assembly with hidden controls. The company said the assembly provides flexible installation and a modern finish. The assembly is available in ducted and non-ducted versions to support varied RV floorplans. The company said the hidden control interface provides an uncluttered aesthetic while maintaining intuitive system management.
The company’s new dual-tone shroud design is available with either a white gloss or black crown with a textured base. Coleman-Mach said the aerodynamic shroud provides OEMs with a distinctive visual identity.
