Proclaimed mindset expert, motivational speaker and celebrity hypnotist Ricky Kalmon will be the keynote speaker at the 2021 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE).

The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) stated Kalmon is slated to perform a high-energy “Leverage Your Mindset” speech at its conference. Kalmon’s skillset changes the way his audience lives, works and thinks, the association stated. After an eventful year, his message will highlight new heights to achieve, no matter one’s current success.

“ARVC members create memorable experiences for guests that last a lifetime,” Kalmon said. “Our memories are all stored like software in our mindset. My programs show you how to leverage your mindset for personal and professional growth. I am excited to be the keynote speaker at your conference.”

Kalmon works with Fortune 500 companies, sales teams, executives and sports teams – including a hypnotizing session with the Cincinnati Bengals. He has appeared as a guest on ESPN, Fox, Hallmark Channel, CNN and TV Guide. The association stated his goal is to teach enhanced results through reinforced thoughts and beliefs.

In addition to the OHCE keynote address, Kalmon will interact with members before and after the conference through interviews, videos and conversations.

“Ricky Kalmon is an outstanding speaker and we cannot wait to hear his keynote message,” said Susan Motley, ARVC executive director of education and events. “It has been a challenging last year, with so many highs and lows, but we know that we have to make sure we are ready to keep moving forward. Our industry is primed to continue unprecedented growth, but we have to be ready and in the right mindset to capitalize on that growth. Owners and operators of RV parks/resorts, campgrounds and glamping businesses have to know how to stay motivated and keep those around us motivated.”

OHCE will be back in-person in Raleigh, North Carolina, taking place Nov. 8-11. The event will include more than 30 educational seminars, a trade show with more than 120 vendors, local campground tours, the Foundation Auction and ARVC’s Awards of Excellence Program.
