Leadership expert and bestselling author Todd Gongwer will serve as a keynote speaker at the 2026 RVIA Leadership Conference.
RVIA said Gongwer will share insights on leadership, culture and the effect of purpose-driven work.
Gongwer currently leads the Kardia Transformation Group and is the executive vice president for leadership and cultural development at Patrick Industries.
Over the first 20 years of his career, Gongwer was a partner in a family business, an entrepreneur, a championship-winning college basketball coach and a senior executive at a public company.
In the past 15 years, RVIA said, Gongwer has become a trusted advisor to some of the most successful leaders in sports and business.
His clients include championship-winning coaches from the Boston Celtics, Ohio State University, Clemson University, University of Virginia and Baylor University. His client list also includes award-winning executives and academic leaders.
Gongwer joins Blake Michelle Morgan and Mitch Mitchem as speakers for the 2026 RVIA Leadership Conference at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa near Austin, Texas.
The conference is scheduled for March 10-12, 2026.
