The Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association is hosting its third annual Leadership Conference on Jan. 18-19 at the Eden Resort and Suites in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The two-day conference will focus on staff retention and creating an attractive company for potential employees. Chad Reece, director of corporate relations for Winnebago, is slated to give a manufacturer’s perspective on the industry. Attendees will have opportunities to participate in a question-and-answer session.
Gabrielle Bosche, founder of strategy firm The Millennial Solution, is scheduled to share insights into engaging the next generation, bridging the generational gaps seen through the lens of recruitment, retention and engagement.
The conference cost is $100 per person for members. Members can unlock an additional discount if three or more company registrations are received, dropping the price to $75 per person.
The conference costs $250 per person for non-members. A room block deadline is set for Dec. 17 at the Eden Resort and Suites.
