The Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) is currently accepting nominations for the third annual Rebecca Lenington Volunteer of the Year award. The award will be presented in person and recorded to announce during the association’s virtual membership meeting in November. Industry members are asked to nominate a PRVCA member to receive this honor.
Nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Member goes “above and beyond” with his or her commitment to PRVCA
- Must serve on a PRVCA committee or is a past or present board member
- Recognition can include a specific achievement or a variety of PRVCA support
PRVCA established the Rebecca Lenington Volunteer of the Year award in 2018 in honor of the retired executive vice president, who recognized the importance of member volunteers to help the association achieve its goals.
The association will accept nominations from anyone in the RV and camping industry. The nomination must include a short essay explaining why the nominee deserves the “Volunteer of the Year” award. Nominations should be submitted to PRVCA Executive Director Heather Leach by Wednesday, September 30.
