Rev Group’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend.
The dividend will be 5 cents per share.
The dividend is payable July 12 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 28.
Rev Group has about 51.91 million shares outstanding, according to Yahoo Finance.
The dividend payment will return about $2.6 million to shareholders.
