RV Retailer LLC bought Appleway RV, expanding the RV dealership group’s presence in Washington state.
Appleway RV has stores in the Pasco and Spokane Valley markets. RVR also operates Blue Dog RV’s locations in Pasco and Spokane. The acquisition of Appleway has been completed, RVR said. Jon Ferrando, RVR’s president and CEO, said the group is excited to grow the business in Washington with both locations.
“This acquisition will make us the number one RV dealer in Washington based on new RV sales,” Ferrando said, citing Statistical Surveys Inc. data. “The RV demographics are exceptional in that part of the country with a large and growing base of RV customers enjoying the great outdoors along with strong population growth.”
Ferrando said Appleways offerings include Tiffin, Newmar, Jayco, Thor Motor Coach, Dynamx and Forest River Sunseeker motorhomes. The CEO said these offerings will complement the Blue Dog offerings, which are primarily towables.
Raul Rodriguez, RVR senior vice president of corporate development, said the dealership group is excited to add Appleway’s growing company to RVR.
Appleway’s Mike Stanisich will continue to lead the business under the direction of Jim Humble, West Region President, Rodriguez said.
Appleway RV is in Liberty Lake, Washington on the north side of I-90 east of Spokane, Washington. The Pasco, Washington store is located off US-12 close to the Columbia River and northern Oregon state border.
