The RV Technical Institute’s (RVTI) Board of Directors added its newest member, Laif Hanson. He was approved Monday by RVIA’s Executive Committee.
Laif is Camping World’s vice president of fixed operations. At the dealer chain, he oversees national service, parts and body shop operations.
Laif joins the board with over 28 years in the RV service industry. He began his career as a service technician before advancing through RV leadership roles that RVIA said shaped his passion for developing people, improving operations and enhancing customer experiences.
He has held positions including regional service director, national director of service and parts and senior director of fixed operations. RVIA said he led large-scale teams, implemented strategies to improve efficiency and profitability and built strong partnerships with manufacturers and industry leaders.
The board of directors said it welcomes Hanson’s experience and looks forward to his contributions to RVTI’s mission and future growth.
