“With an increasing number of RVers embracing the outdoors for the first time, and many of them younger than before, the RV industry continues to face demand for skilled technicians,” an RVTI spokesperson said. “As a result, RVTI has continued to provide quality, timely service, ultimately delivering exceptional RV experiences to consumers.”

Three of RVTI’s accomplishments in 2025 include launching a first-of-its-kind technician training program with Navarro College, expanding its model further through collaboration with Littleton Public Schools’ EPIC Campus and offering Level 1 study guides and tests in Spanish.

The partnership with Navarro College was designed to meet the growing demand of technicians.

“The course was developed in collaboration with Texas-based Fun Town RV and RV aftermarket supplier Lippert Components, and first class kicked off in October 2025,” a spokesperson said. “The new program brings the Institute’s nationally recognized technician curriculum to students.”

“In January 2026,” the report states, “the EPIC Campus will become the first high school in the country to offer the RV Tech Level I certification course, setting a national precedent.”

An RVTI spokesperson said offering study guides and tests in Spanish eliminates a language barrier and offers a pathway for a larger group of individuals to enter and advance in the RV industry.

As of December 2025, RVTI has certified over 7,500 technicians since it began in 2018. Nearly 1,000 dealerships employee at least one RVTI-certified technician.

RVTI’s biggest sources of revenue were RVIA Seal Support ($1,359,280), Subscriptions ($1,028,090), Licensing Partners ($102,510) and Course Material ($91,939).

The institute’s major expenses included Credentialing ($1,443,908), Operations ($325,480), Facilities ($244,913) and Licensing Partners ($241,185).

“The RVTI’s mission — training the next generation of RV technicians, elevating the profession and ensuring the industry has the talent it needs to support its customers,” an RVTI spokesperson said, “has never been more important.”
