RVDA’s Board of Directors elected Ryan Horsey of Parkview RV Center in Smyrna, Delaware, as secretary. Additionally, it has elected Larry Troutt, III of Topper’s Camping Center in Waller, Texas, as a director. The election took place at the RVDA’s board of directors meeting in Dallas on March 3.

Horsey, who serves as a member of the RVDA board of delegates and a director on the RVDA board, has been an active member of the Young RV Executives advisory group. He also assists the Mike Molino RV Learning Center by developing fixed operations training for service writer/advisors.

Troutt serves as a member of the board of delegates. He was influential in the initial formation of the Young RV Executives group.

Horsey succeeds Scott Silva, who resigned as secretary earlier this year. Troutt will assume Horsey’s unexpired term as director.
