Due to the crisis and following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, RVIA canceled RVs Move America Week. The association said it made the decision based on concern for its members, their families and RVIA staff.

With RVs Move America Week scheduled for May 31 – June 4 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C., RVIA said members and industry guests questioned the potential impact coronavirus (COVID-19) will have on the success of the event.

RVIA said details will be announced later regarding rescheduling committee meetings, the RVIA board meeting and the annual meeting.

Members who have already made hotel reservations at the Mayflower hotel should contact RVIA’s Michelle Biersner ([email protected]) to assist with cancellations. Canceling air travel to Washington, D.C.  should be done directly with the airlines. Most airlines have announced plans to accommodate travelers dealing with event cancellations.
