The Fall 2025 RV RoadSigns edition provided RVIA’s first 2026 wholesale RV shipment forecast. The report forecasts a 3.6% increase in wholesale RV shipments in 2026 from 2025 levels.

RV RoadSigns, the quarterly forecast prepared for RVIA by ITR Economics, said 2026 shipments are expected to range between 332,400 to 366,100 RVs, with a median of 349,300 RV shipments. The 349,300 median total would be the industry’s highest wholesale RV shipment mark since 2022.

For the rest of 2025, RV RoadSigns forecast the same median level predicted in June: 337,000 wholesale RV shipments.

RVIA President and CEO Craig Kirby said manufacturers and dealers are well-positioned to meet consumer demand with innovative, value-driven products.

“Economic uncertainty and elevated borrowing costs continue to be headwinds, but factors for growth are improving as inflation eases, financing becomes more affordable and restocking picks up,” Kirby said. “The path may be uneven, but the long-term fundamentals of RVing remain sound.”

The Fall forecast projects 2025 RV shipments to range between 320,400 to 353,500 RVs, with a median of 337,000.
