SuperSprings International appointed Adam Trowbridge as chief operating officer.
Trowbridge brings more than 20 years of operational leadership across manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods.
SuperSprings International CEO Gerry Lamberti said, “We’ve got a strong team and a strong trajectory. Adam is here to help us scale the business. His experience, particularly in this industry, is exactly what we need as we grow into new markets, expand our product lines and take service to the next level.”
Most recently, Trowbridge served as chief operating officer at Westin Automotive. He oversaw multiple Westin business units and led strategic growth efforts across product development, operations and manufacturing.
Before his time at Westin, Trowbridge spent nearly two decades at Transamerican Auto Parts and 4 Wheel Parts, where he held leadership roles across finance, supply chain, operations and brand management.
“What impressed me most about SuperSprings is the team—they are passionate, capable and deeply committed to their mission,” Trowbridge said. “The company has built something special, and I am looking forward to helping take it even further. There is so much opportunity ahead.”
