Fort Worth, Texas-based Regency Vans is adding a new van division to its RV segment lineup.

Formed in 1982, the company got its start in vans and pivoted to truck conversions in the early 2000s. In 2014, Regency Vans entered the RV market.

“We believe we are positioned well, thanks to a rich history of experience in the van segment, and a shift in consumers who are looking to enjoy the mobile lifestyle that vans offer today,” the company’s CEO and President Don Emahiser said.

Regency Vans will be built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis and Ford Transit chassis, the company stated, featuring “contemporary furniture, hand-crafted interiors and luxury appointments.”

“Our initial launch was to our existing dealers and the response has been tremendous, almost overwhelming,” Emahiser said.
