The Association of Dealership Compliance Officers Welcomes New Leaders

The Association of Dealership Compliance Officers (ADCO) appointed two new leaders. Krista Hallecy has taken on the role of dealer development and program manager. Stephen Fucile has become the association’s national director of sales.

Hallecy has more than 15 years of online marketing experience. She has worked at advertising agencies and founded a marketing firm. Hallecy will onboard new members and assist dealers and compliance officers in selecting compliance tools.

Hallecy said, “By focusing on account development and management, I expect to help clients exceed compliance goals.”

Fucile started in automotive sales in 1994. He worked as a dealership sales manager, a customer relationship management provider national sales trainer, a Lone Start Auto Group sales and finance manager and an Austin Auto Brokers general sales manager.

Fucile leads a podcast and is a public speaker.

ADCO Executive Director Linda Robertson said, “Steve’s diverse experience and relational skills dovetail with ADCO’s mission and corporate objectives.”

Both members will support ADCO’s mission.
