Thor Industries President and CEO Bob Martin said Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations Seth Woolf will depart the company.
Woolf said he will continue supporting Thor as a consultant through the end of the fiscal year.
“Seth joined Thor with a deep background in the investment industry and a strong understanding of the financial markets,” Martin said. “Over the past several months, Seth has contributed meaningfully to our investor engagement efforts and has helped strengthen our communication with the investment community.”
Before joining Thor in May of last year, Woolf spent the previous 15 years in the investment industry, focused on the RV industry.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with the Thor team and to gain valuable experience inside a public company,” he said. “Thor is a well-run organization with a strong leadership team and an exciting long-term strategy. I look forward to continuing to support the company over the coming months and wish the team continued success.”
