Tiffin Group Expands Leadership Group

The Tiffin Group made several executive promotions within its sales, marketing, product development and service operations teams.

Tiffin said the strategic restructuring fortifies its commitment to sales support and unparalleled customer service.

Among Tiffin’s sales staff, promotions include:

  • Freddie Swinney, formerly national sales manager (NSM) for Tiffin Motorhomes Type A and C motorhomes, has been appointed vice president of sales for the Tiffin Group.
  • Jayne Fairley, previously regional sales manager (RSM) for the Southeast region Type A and C motorhomes, is the NSM for Type A and Super C motorhomes.
  • Kevin Kotrous, previously representing the West Coast for Type C motorhomes, has been elevated to Type C NSM.
  • Jonathan Osborne transitions from his role as vice president of service operations to Type B NSM.

Allen Bridges, who had been the company’s director of supply chain, steps into Osborne’s previous role as vice president of service operations.

Brad Warner moves from director of Type A engineering and operations manager for PowerGlide Chassis to become the vice president of product development.

Brett Shelton will assume the vice president of marketing and events role.

Tiffin’s sales executives have extensive RV industry backgrounds.

Swinney has over 10 years of experience in the RV industry. He will overall all NSMs and report directly to Leigh Tiffin.

Fairly has nearly 30 years of industry experience and spent the past 23 years as a RSM in the Northeast and Southeast.

Kotrous has 31 years of RV sales experiences and is relocating to Alabama after two decades living in Washington state.
