
The 2026 Trailer Tech Expo features more than 25 sessions for service technicians, parts managers and dealership owners.
The expo, run by the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA), is scheduled for Feb. 17-19, 2026, at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada.
NATDA Executive Director Andria Gibbon said the sessions will deliver practical skills and forward-thinking strategies to help dealerships thrive.
“From technical certifications to business strategy workshops,” Gibbs said, “this program gives service teams and owners the tools they need to succeed.”
Featured sessions include:
- Service Mastery Across Trailer Types and Industries. A comprehensive technical training seminar led by Dexter’s Bill Snider and focused on advanced service techniques for multiple trailer categories.
- AI-Empowered Sales Leadership: Coaching, Closing and Culture in a Digital Era. Presented by Jeff Robertson, the session explores how AI can transform sales leadership and dealership culture.
- Driving Profit: Understanding Dealership Revenue Flow and Developing Service Leaders. A featured Tow Talk with Bob Clements International’s Sara Hey and NCM Associates’ Mark Spader offering actionable insights to boost profitability and leadership.
- Dealer Workshop: How to Leverage Generative AI to Improve Your Marketing. Led by FreeGren Digital’s Kent Lewis, this workshop provides practical steps for integrating AI into dealership marketing strategies.
- From Numbers to Action: Using Financials to Lead Your Dealership. Presented by NCM Associates’ Patrick Kennedy, this workshop helps dealers turn financial data into strategic decisions.
Trailer Tech Expo 2026 will include two full days of technical training and certification. Technicians will receive hands-on training in Dexter-certified sessions. A happy hour featuring a question-and-answer session with Snider will be available.
NATDA dealer members receive free entry to the Trailer Tech Expo and one complimentary hotel night.
Attendees can experience trailer innovations from vendor partners in the exhibit hall. The show will include NATDA’s second Industry Excellence Award ceremony.
