Trim-Lok launched the All-in-One Slide Seal Cut-to-Length (CTL) Kit for slide outs.
The company said the CTL Kit builds on the success of the All-in-One Slide Seal and Trim-Lok’s utility-patented Seamless Corner installation method.
Trim-Lok said the CTL Kit provides manufacturers with a faster and more consistent way to install slide out seals, while reducing errors and waste.
Trim-Lok said its Seamless Corner installation method creates a continuous, more watertight seal around every corner. According to the company, the installation method limits leaks and ensures a clean, professional finish.
Trim-Lok Midwest Key Account Manager Kelly Klein said, “With the Cut-to-Length Kit, we are giving OEMs a smarter way to install the All-in-One Slide Seal. It is a complete, ready-to-install solution.”
Trim-Lok said OEMs using the All-in-One Slide Seal report improved product reliability and increased customer satisfaction.
The CTL Kit is pre-cut to the exact slide room opening, with precision arrow-style notches in place. Trim-Lok said parts can be pulled directly from the box, peeled, stuck, and sealed. The process eliminates offline cutting, prep time and mistakes.
