The RVDA has scheduled a free dealer webinar that the association said is designed to help retailers maximize the performance of their parts and accessories departments. The session will be led by Dometic Sales Trainer Brent Troncalli.
RVDA said 30-year outdoor industry veteran Troncalli will teach dealers proven strategies and practical, easy-to-implement merchandising techniques.
Organizers said the session will guide attendees through the fundamentals of dealer merchandising, from improving product visibility to optimizing store layout for better customer engagement.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said attendees will be taught multiple techniques and strategies to better organize their merchandise.
“This webinar gives RVDA members new, practical tools they can put to work immediately in their dealerships,” Ingrassia said. “From simple layout adjustments to more strategic merchandising approaches, attendees will walk away with innovative ideas to improve both the customer experience and their bottom line.”
Those who attend the session will learn to implement visual merchandising strategies that drive impulse purchases, organize inventory for maximum accessibility and efficiency, create compelling displays and leverage seasonal transitions and design customer flow.
RVDA said the webinar also includes checklists, quick-win strategies and creative display ideas to help dealerships maintain an inviting environment.
“RVDA encourages fixed operations professionals to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen one of the most important profit centers in their dealership,” an RVDA spokesperson said. “As an added bonus, parts specialists and parts managers are eligible to receive one hour of CEU credits for attending this webinar.”
The session will be held at 2 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 12.
