
The RVDA is partnering with Accelerate2Compliance (A2C) to host a webinar titled “From Risk to Revenue: Leveraging Data Privacy Compliance” on April 9.
Organizers said the session will help RV dealerships understand how consumer data privacy is rapidly evolving from a regulatory burden into a strategic, competitive advantage.
The webinar begins at 2 p.m. EST and registration is now open.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said state privacy laws are expanding and enforcement activity is increasing. Many dealerships now face hidden exposure across their digital ecosystems, including websites, lead forms, chat tools, advertising platforms and OEM integrations.
“Dealers are operating in a much more complex digital environment than even a few years ago,” Ingrassia said. “This webinar is about helping our members understand where their exposure exists and how they can turn smart data practices into a business advantage, not just a compliance exercise.”
A2C Chief Operating Officer Howard Latham said the 30-minute webinar will explore how RV dealerships use data governance to reduce risk. The webinar will also cover how to improve marketing performance, protect margins, strengthen first-party data and build measurable consumer trust.
“Most dealerships do not realize how much unseen risk exists across their marketing and technology stack,” Latham said. “The good news is that when privacy is approached correctly, it becomes a driver of efficiency, stronger customer relationships and ultimately revenue.”
