Velarium, an Airxcel brand, launched its new Cut-to-Fit Awning Tube for the RV aftermarket.
The company said the Cut-to-Fit Awning Tube will stand up to the rigors of travel, reducing frequent replacements and servicing. The tube’s compact design and streamlined packaging cuts freight costs. Airxcel said the result makes storage and transportation easier.
Velarium Director of Aftermarket Sales Todd Vice said, “With the Cut-to-Fit Awning Tube, Velarium delivers the smarter and more efficient choice for awning upgrades. We are taking the stress, expense and complexity out of awning tube replacement—so every customer can upgrade with confidence and ease.”
The company said installation is straightforward thanks to Velarium’s modular design. The tube can be cut to any desired length and built in 10 to 15 minutes. Each kit includes step-by-step instructions.
The Cut-to-Fit Awning Tube is available in 22-foot and 14-foot options, each featuring adjustable lengths.
Both kits include integrated LED lighting, a light rail, end caps, an awning cradle and all necessary tube sections.
The 22-foot kit includes three outer tubes (85.42 inches each), two inner tubes (3 feet each), a light rail, end caps, an awning cradle and LED lighting.
The 14-foot kit includes two outer tubes (85.42 inches each), one inner tube (3 feet), a light rail, end caps and LED lighting.
