Vendor Training +Plus Boosts Lineup for RVDA Event

Increasing profitability is the driving force for Vendor Training +Plus (VTP) programs, accessible Nov. 9-20 during the 2020 RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo.

As an educational program, VTP courses offer practical, innovative solutions for boosting a business, presented by real organizations in the RV industry. Each workshop will help dealership management increase profitability by staying current with the latest products and services available on the market.

CDK Global Lightspeed will present “Service Department: Increase Service Delivery Speed & Experience using the LightspeedEVO CRM and DMS.” Chris Hauck, the company’s product manager, will help dealers understand how technology can be used for effective customer service in the service department.

CDK returns for “Sales Department: Optimize the Sales Funnel using the LightspeedEVO CRM and DMS,” where Hauck will discuss the benefits of software for customer experience in the sales department.

Ryan Browne, vice president of customer success for Kenect, will host an exclusive “Announcing Five New and Exciting Features Included with Your Kenect Subscription” for current Kenect customers. Browne will explain features that boost dealer lead count, close ratio, generate revenue and satisfy customers.

Kenect also will host “How to Use Texting to Double Your Inbound Leads” to talk communicating with customers, presented by Trevor Allred, vice president of business development. Details include how to attract and convert more customers via text messaging from a website, Google, Facebook and more, how to text from an existing business line rather than a personal cell phone and how to generate 5-star reviews to gain and convert more prospects.
