VIDEO: Wraith 37F Built with Steel and Composite Material

The 2026 Nexus Wraith 37F sits on a Freightliner chassis and features Adzel composite panels in the sidewalls and roof, as opposed to traditional plywood.

Nexus’ Cameron Jones said the company is the largest privately owned motorhome manufacturer in the country.

“We’re still family-owned and operated. We do things the right way,” Jones said. “A big thing about us is our construction process is superior to every other manufacturer in the industry.”

Jones said the frame of Nexus motorhomes is made with steel rather than traditional aluminum.

“Our floor, our roof, and our sidewalls are framed with 20-gauge tube steel. We tested the steel. It came out to being 72% stronger than the typical aluminum that other manufacturers are using,” Jones said. “The benefit of that is if you were to get into an accident … it’s much safer in a steel cage than an aluminum cage.”
