The RVIA is providing guidance to RV industry professionals on how to maximize consumer excitement in RV travel this summer. On April 16, the association is hosting a free, 30-minute workshop designed to make earned media approachable and actionable.

“With the added momentum of RV-2-50, the industry’s initiative celebrating America’s 250th birthday through RV travel, National Go RVing Day is more than a single moment,” an RVIA spokesperson said, “it’s a coordinated effort to inspire travel, drive awareness and invite more people into the RV lifestyle.”

The association said attendees will learn how to pitch local media with a strong summer travel angle and what makes a segment or story stand out. Session leaders will also discuss how to tie brands into National Go RVing Day (June 13) and RV-2-50.

“Whether you’re new to media outreach or looking to refine your approach,” a spokesperson said, “this workshop will provide practical strategies you can put into action immediately.”

Registration is open for the webinar that will begin at 2:30 p.m. EDT.
