The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following recalls:

Winnebago Industries, Inc.

Park Outside: Generator May Turn On Without Operator Action

People in an enclosed space, such as a garage. With a running generator may be at an increased risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 1537

Winnebago is recalling certain 2022-2027 Ekko motorhomes. The touchscreen display may register unintended or phantom inputs and turn on the generator without the operator’s knowledge.

Owners are advised to park outside until the repair has been performed. Winnebago will release an over-the-air software update, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 18. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago’s number for this recall is 205.

REV Recreation Group

Park Outside: Generator May Turn On Unexpectedly

A generator that operates in an enclosed space, such as a garage increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 12

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2026 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Admiral, Fleetwood Flair, Fortis, and Bounder motorhomes. The furnace may create electrical signal that turns the generator on unexpectedly.

Owners are advised to park outside until the repair has been performed. Dealers will install a relay harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 19. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-322-8216. REV’s number for this recall is 260422REV.

Jayco, Inc.

The Water Heater May be Missing the Mixing Valve

The water could reach scalding temperatures without the mixing valve, increasing injury risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 35

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The tempering mixing valve may not have been installed on the water heater.

Owners are advised to turn on the cold water first until the repairs are complete. Dealers will install the valve, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 1. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 28.

Newmar Corporation

Front Chin Spoiler May Detach During Transit

A detached spoiler may become a road hazard, increasing crash risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 61

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes. The front chin spoiler may detach during transit.

Dealers will install pop-rivets to properly secure the spoiler, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 27. Owners may contact Newmar customer service at 1-800-731-8300. Newmar’s number for this recall is 630 RSB.

Incorrect Cargo Carrying Capacity on Label/FMVSS 120

Incorrect weight information can allow the vehicle to be overloaded, increasing crash risk.

Potential Number of Units Affected: 32

Newmar Corporation (Newmar) is recalling certain 2026 Freedom Aire motorhomes. The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label may state an incorrect weight value. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims – Other Than Passenger Cars.”

Dealers will replace the labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 27. Owners may contact Newmar customer service at 1-800-731-8300. Newmar’s number for this recall is 631 RSB.
