Andrés Camacho, RVsurance’s director of training, will help dealers recognize pitfalls leading to underutilized F&I profit centers during a workshop at the RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
RVDA said RV dealerships must capitalize on the profit opportunities of a vibrant F&I operation in a slow retail market.
Camacho will lead “F&I at the Top: Five Steps for the Midsize Dealer,” at 4 p.m. Nov. 13 as part of the business innovation education track of workshops. Camacho will help dealers revitalize F&I which has been hampered by late involvement, poor internal communication and misaligned incentives.
The workshop will explore the five most common F&I pitfalls hurting profitability and customer experience. The session will provide real-world insights and practical solutions to streamline the F&I process, empower a dealership’s team and close more profitable and better-structured deals.
