Workshop to Discuss Sales, Marketing Alignment Benefits

Kristina Shrider, Giant Recreation World’s head of marketing and the RVEM Mastermind founder, will lead a workshop on marketing and sales at the RVDA Convention/Expo.

The workshop will be part of the sales track. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 8-12 at Paris Las Vegas.

Shrider’s workshop is titled “Marketing and Sales Alignment. Align Your Relationships: It’s Good for Your Business.” The presentation is Shrider’s first at an RVDA convention.

The workshop runs from 3:15-4:15 p.m. Nov. 10. The presentation will discuss techniques to prevent a disconnect between marketing and sales teams when units are not moving as quickly as dealers would like.

The learning objectives for this session include:

  • Three powerful ways to align marketing and sales better while driving growth.
  • Recourses and winning strategies.
  • Tips for cross-departmental relationships: It is good for business.

The RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is working to provide a variety of workshops and networking events that will aid dealers in building on an expanding market and interest in RVs and RV travel.
