On April 16, Go RVing hosted the “How to Earn Press for Your Business Around National Go RVing Day” webinar. The recording of that session is now available, along with PowerPoint slides from the presentation.
Organizers said, with National Go RVing Day coming up on Saturday, June 13, this is the perfect time to reach out to local media about doing a story on the RV industry and your impact in the community.
“With the added momentum of RV-2-50, the industry’s initiative celebrating America’s 250th birthday through RV travel, National Go RVing Day is more than a single moment,” an RVIA spokesperson said, “it’s a coordinated effort to inspire travel, drive awareness and invite more people into the RV lifestyle.”
Session leaders said participants obtained a roadmap that covers everything from crafting the perfect pitch and identifying the right media outlets to what happens on the day of the interview.
“If you have ever been curious about what it takes to get on your local news,” a spokesperson said, “this webinar recording is your opportunity to find out.”
