USTR Considering Additional Exclusion Extensions On List 1 Products

Today the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced the decision to consider the possible extension of certain exclusions granted for products on List 1 of the Section 301 trade action against China.

Real gross domestic product (GDP) decreased at an annual rate of 32.9 percent in the second quarter of 2020, according to the “advance” estimate released by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). In the first quarter, real GDP decreased 5.0 percent.
