Nick Simeri has joined Keystone RV’s Montana and Montana High Country leadership team as assistant product manager.

Airxcel, Inc. has reorganized its Cleer Vision and Velarium brand leadership team. As of Sept. 1, Jimmy Harlow will serve as general manager for Cleer Vision and Velarium.

Airxcel, Inc. promoted Sam Martin to director of corporate finance and Benjie Paul has been named chief financial officer. The changes took effect Aug. 1.

Brown & Brown’s Board of Directors named a new member. Joia M. Johnson will join the board.

Suspension and towing aftermarket supplier Air Lift Co. has appointed John Walsh senior vice president of sales. Walsh was a long-time executive at Cequent and Horizon Global, overseeing RV brands including Bulldog, Draw-Tite, Fulton, Reese and Tekonsha.

Newcoast, an insurance and finance provider in the RV and marine industries, has appointed Scott Devine as vice president of insurance.

The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) hired Amanda Anderson as the newest member of its student advisor team. Anderson brings over a decade of customer service experience to her new role.

Genesis Products Inc., a manufacturer of RV interior components, hired Joel Eberlein as vice president, RV product.

Winnebago Industries, Inc. will promote Newmar President Casey Tubman. Tubman will now be the group president over Newmar and Winnebago’s motorized division. The move is effective Sept. 1.

Air Lift Co. appointed John Aleva as its new president and CEO. The company supplies suspension upgrades to the RV aftermarket.

Adam Dexter has stepped down as president of trailer industry manufacturer Dexter after more than 30 years of service. He was the third generation of the Dexter family to lead the company that his grandfather, Leonard Dexter, ran in the 1950s and bought in the 1960s.
