
The RVDA Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas is just three weeks away and the full schedule of events is now available.
Registration opens at 9 a.m. Nov. 10. The only events on the Monday schedule are private meetings of the RVDA and RVDA of Canada boards of directors.
The RVDA Leadership Development Course kicks off the full agenda at 8 a.m. Nov. 11. RVDA said Dustin Kaehr will present a half-day, deep-dive course for leaders who want to gain clarity, focus and authenticity in their leadership.
Educational sessions run from 8:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Nov. 11. Thirty-two educational sessions occur Nov. 11.
Among the workshops, Trader Interactive’s leaders will lead an hour-long panel discussion on “2025 RV Buyer Trends: What They Mean for Your Sales Strategy” at 8:15 a.m.
“Adapting in a Shifting RV Market with AI: Turning Data into Opportunity” follows the opening educational session at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 11. RVDA said the session will explore how RV dealers can harness new tech and AI to elevate the customer journey. One area of untapped potential, according to RVDA, is repair event cycle time (RECT), where small improvements might drive big gains in customer satisfaction and service profitability.

Ryan Estis will offer the keynote presentation—“The Art of Standing Out: Leveraging Remarkable Experiences and Experimentation to Create Brand Evangelism”—at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 11. RVDA said he will discuss how category-leading companies have cracked the code to meet evolving customer expectations.
The exhibitor hall will open after the keynote address at 3:30 p.m. and remain open through Nov. 13. The Expo Hall features a large exhibition of the latest RV products, technologies and services from manufacturers and suppliers.
RVDA and RVDA of Canada host their annual meetings Nov. 12, beginning with breakfast at 8:15 a.m. Twenty-four educational workshops are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day.
Included in the workshops is Wells Fargo’s Charles Dougherty, who will provide an in-depth “Economic Outlook” at 10 a.m. RVDA said he will cover key elements of the national economy, including prospects for growth, inflation, interest rates, fiscal policy and demographic trends.
“The Super Lawyers Take You Into the Sales and F&I Office: How to Prevent Common Consumer Claims During the Sale” session begins at 2 p.m. RVDA said the two-hour, skit-based training session will help dealers better understand how to stay out of the courtroom.

NCM Associates Senior Advisor John Spader offers “Beat the Market/Shape Your Future” at 4 p.m. RVDA said he will reveal the proven models, strategies and systems top-performing dealerships use to succeed in any market.
Fixed-Operations Day is set for Nov. 13, when educational sessions will cater to parts and service departments. Bob Clements International President Sara Hey offers “Can’t We All Just Get Along? How to Help Your Parts & Service Departments,” “Should You Open Another Location?” and “Turning Your Parts Department into a Bank Vault” on Nov. 13. Other featured presenters include Jered Sobel, Don Miller, David Foco and Andres Camacho.
Friday wraps up the fixed-operations presentations with an 8 a.m. session led by RVDA’s Tony Yerman.
